They also said " For mentoring and executive coaching in Toronto, Hamilton, Burlington, Windsor, Ottawa, London and the Greater Toronto Area." The meta header had executive coach for lawyers as the first optimized keyword. This keyword is followed by transition coach, coach for lawyers Toronto, and Hamilton which isn't as important as executive coach for lawyers. The other words iansolomon.ca used was Burlington. Ottawa is included but will not be seen by search engines.
